ASQ-25

ASQ-51型の姉妹機として開発されたショートバーフィーダーです。小型のCNC自動旋盤にて、特に真円度など高い加工精度が要求されるバー材からの旋削加工に最適です。また、主軸移動型にて宿命的に排出される長い残材を、再活用することによりコストダウン対策にも貢献できます。

ASQ-25 is a short bar feeder developed as sister machine of ASQ-51. AS for small CNC automatic lathes, this machine is the most suitable for lathe processing from bar materials, which requires high processing accuracy such as true roundness. It can contribute also to the measure against a cost cut by reusing long remnants discharged by sliding headstock lathes.
